Our Community Involvement in Jonesboro
The Animal Medical Center of Jonesboro is dedicated to delivering the very best care to our patients, but also to pets beyond our doors. Our community involvement includes providing medical services to police force dogs, the humane society, and numerous rescues and shelters in the area. In fact, we’re the official veterinarian of Jonesboro! To learn more about us, give us a call at (870) 935-8387.
Volunteering Our Time and Talents to Pets in Need
Pet overpopulation is a serious concern in Jonesboro, and indeed, the whole nation! Too many pets are euthanized simply because there’s no room for them in over-crowded shelters. We do our part to help rescues and shelters in the area care for the homeless pets who come to them. With our medical services, we hope to increase the odds of adoption for each pet so they can find their forever homes. Our services include:
- Physical exams
- Fecal exams
- Deworming
- Vaccinations
- Spays and neuters
- Disease screening
- And more
By performing these much-needed services, these pets have a better chance at adoption. In time, we hope our efforts help decrease pet homelessness and clear our shelters, so no pets have to face untimely euthanasia.
